Shunan is a city located in the southeast of Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan.

Shunan City is about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from Iwakuni which is the main city of the prefecture, you can also enjoy a local train of Nishikigawa Tetudou line which bring you to the moutain side. It is still undiscover area from the mass tourims so it is a good opportunity for you to relax and make a unforgetable memories. The people are really friendly and mostly of them make their own vegetable and organic food, you can enjoy some experiece with them. such a visit Fruits farm, stay in a Farmhouse, lear how to make Washi (Japanese paper), lear about japanese moutain herbs and make Miso.
