Cancellation Policy for Accommodations
Days are based on Japan Business days (Monday through Friday 9:00 to 17:00 Japan Standard Time)
a) 8 or more days prior to the date of stay: No charge
b) 7 – 4 days prior to the date of stay: 20%
c) 3 – 2 days prior to the date of stay: 80%
d) 1 – 0 days prior to the date of stay: 100%
e) No Show: 100%
– In case of cancellation after the payment of the travel cost is completed, the amount deducting cancellation charges, bank handling charges, credit card charges and the other costs charged by travel service providers (railway company, accommodation etc.) from the amount already paid will be remitted to the bank account specified by the customer.
– Date of cancellation refers to the date and time when cancellation notice is received by us based on Japan Business time, instead of the local date and time when cancellation notice is sent from the customer.

a) 61 or More Days Before Start of Tour: Deposit Only
b) 60 – 45 Days Before Start of Tour: 25%
c) 44 – 30 Days Before Start of Tour: 50%
d) 29 – 15 Days Before Start of Tour: 75%
e) 14 Days or less: 100%
